Lux Iron Works, LLC. has been in the business of fabricating, finishing, and installing custom-made ornamental iron since the 1950s. We have been a household name in the Tri-State area for all types of ornamental iron products. We continually strive to earn our reputation and to provide our customers with the highest level of quality products, reliable and dependable service, and a customer-centered buying process that focuses on the needs of those we serve. Our craftsmen and craftswomen are highly trained individuals who possess combined decades of experience and expertise. All of our work is done in-house by Lux employees; from fabrication to finishing to installation. No Sub-Contractors.
Our business specializes in both residential and commercial railings of all types, fencing, gates, window guards, flower boxes, balconies, cellar doors, platforms, stringers, and treads. Lux also provides repair and refurbishment services of ornamental iron. We have specialization in “curved” railings and horizontally mounted picket railings as well. Our product offering include the following alloys; steel, aluminum, stainless, and Corten. We can finish our products with multiple paint color options, powder coating, hot-dipped galvanization, or clear lacquered mill finish.
We have always believed that the purchase of ornamental iron is a tactile buy; customers should be able to visualize and feel the product, see the multiplicity of options available and design the product with us to ensure they ultimately get what they want. This serves to eliminate any surprises at the time of installation. Our fully stocked showroom allows our clients to “Custom” design their “Custom” made ironwork.
We have significant production capacity through our 20,000-square-foot facility in Swissvale PA. We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
